Sushi Honey is a professional Sushi catering service at your home or business. Bea will come to your location (up to 55km away), serve you her hand-crafted sushi, and keep your drinks topped up for the entirety of your event. For larger table service and party events, Bea will have the help of her partner, Charles. All of the appetisers and sushi are served family/sharing style, and desserts à l'asiette.
Bea "bee" Bonner has been cooking professionally in commercial and private settings for the last 10 years. Over time, she has cultivated her profound love for Japanese/Asiatic cuisine and culture. Bea, who grew up in Orlando, Florida, has learned her trade from various professional chefs in the industry, and is also self-taught. Bea started her career at Big Fin Seafood Kitchen on the famous Restaurant Row in Orlando. After learning the best techniques and practices, she has elevated herself to a standard of excellence in flavour, hygiene, and presentation. Bea's passion for food has brought her to the Côte d'Azur, where she has lived for the past two years. Bea, along with her partner Charles, runs Sushi Honey and her separate catering service (based in Monaco). Bea speaks English and is learning French.
